山楂山药汤对高脂血症小鼠体质量和血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨山楂山药汤对高脂血症小鼠体质量和血脂水平的影响。方法:以高脂饲料法喂养雄性I CR小鼠,建立高脂血症模型,以不同剂量[6.5、13、26 g/(kg.d)]的山楂山药汤和血脂康[0.078 g/(kg.d)]对小鼠进行灌胃,观察各实验组小鼠体质量、肝脾指数、血脂水平等的变化。结果:山楂山药汤能抑制小鼠体质量的增长趋势,保护其肝、脾脏并显著降低高脂血症小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度,同时使动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)显著降低。结论:山楂山药汤具有控制体质量增长、保护重要脏器及调节血脂功能的作用。Objective： To explore the effects of ShanZha ShanYaoTang on weight and blood lipid of mice with hyperlipidemia.Method： Hyperlipidemic models were established by feeding high fat diet to male ICR mice.The mice were administered intragastrically with ShanZha ShanYaoTang at doses of 6.5、 13、 26 g/（kg·d） and XueZhiKang capsule at dose of 0.078 g/（kg·d）） respectively.The weight,the index of liver and spleen,blood lipid levels of the mice in different groups were observed.Result： ShanZha ShanYaoTang could inhibit the weight gain,protect the liver and spleen,lower serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） and the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,increase the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,at the same time,it can decrease atherosclerotic index remarkably.Conclusion： ShanZha ShanYaoTang can control weight,protect important organ and regulate blood lipid.
