自拟振元汤治疗化疗后血小板减少的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟振元汤(由六味地黄丸化裁而成)治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致血小板减少的临床疗效。方法:选择化疗后血小板在20×109/L～75×109/L间的患者共40例,其中治疗组(20例)给予振元汤治疗;对照组(20例)给予白介素-11治疗,观察外周血小板升至≥100×109/L时停药。结果:治疗组显效及总有效率优于对照组,并且血小板增长速度快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗化疗后血小板减少的临床疗效优于白介素-11,并且无明显副作用。Objective： To observe curative effects of self-made ZhenYuanTang（changed from LiuWei DiHuang Wan） in treating thrombopenia,side effects of chemotherapy of malignancies.Method： 40 patients with platelet in the range of 20 ×10 9 /L ～75 ×10 9 /L after chemotherapy were randomized into treatment group administered with ZhenYuanTang and control group given by interleukin-11 on average.The medication was ceased when peripheral platelet rise to ≥100×10 9 /L.Result： Effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group were superior to that of control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The growth speed of platelet was faster than the treatment.Conclusion： Curative effects of TCM in treating thrombopenia after chemotherapy are superior to interleukin-11 without obvious side effect.
