摘　　要：通过整理汇总元胡的古代文献记载,现代化学成分、药理作用、炮制及临床应用研究等与止痛相关的文献,对元胡的镇痛作用进行简要综述,以期为今后的临床应用提供参考。Analgesic effects of YuanHu（corydalis tuber） were briefly reviewed through sorting out and collecting ancient literature of YuanHu,the related literature about analgesia in modern chemical composition,pharmacological action,processing,clinical study and so on to provide references for clinical application.
