摘 要:天然气钻井油气层保护常采用屏蔽暂堵技术配合防水锁剂的方法,但准噶尔盆地滴西、石南、莫北等气田钻井过程中采用的架桥粒子和可变形填充粒子颗粒粒径偏粗,在气层钻进过程中只有较少的超细颗粒能嵌入储层的井壁表面,致使屏蔽暂堵效果不理想。为此,通过分析该区储层的岩性、物性,结合目前气层保护技术及气层主要伤害因素研究成果,优选出了适合中国石油新疆油田公司目标区块气藏保护的架桥粒子、变形粒子及其粒子级配;同时,基于对气层储层岩石的润湿性、自吸现象,以及储层水锁效应伤害及抑制的研究成果,还开发出表面活性更高,适合该区现场常用的4种钻井液体系的防水锁助排剂,可使清水的表面张力降至22mN/m,钻井完井液滤液的表面张力降低到35mN/m以下。上述组合在滴西12井区的滴204、滴205、滴206等7口井的现场实际应用效果较好,储层岩心污染后渗透率恢复值均超过80%。The shielding type temporary plugging is often combined with anti-water-locking additives to protect natural gas reservoirs.While the bridging particles and the deformable packing particles used at Dixi,Shinan,and Mobei gas fields are rather coarse,large in size,only a small amount of fine grains can be imbedded into the reservoir wellbore,resulting in poor plugging effects.Hence a study is made to analyze the lithology and physical properties of the reservoir formations in this area,then in combination with research results about the gas zone protection techniques and the main factors of damage to gas zones,to decide the proper bridging particles,deformable particles and particle grading suitable for the target pay zones in the Xinjiang Oilfield.And based on the study made on the wettability,spontaneous imbibition,and water locking damage and control in the gas reservoir formations,4 anti-water-locking cleanup additives are developed for drilling fluid systems to be used in this area.The additives have higher surface activity,of reducing the surface tension of fresh water to 22 mN/m and that of the drilling/completion fluid filtrate to be under 35 mN/m.The combination of the above techniques achieves good results from the application in the 7 wells like Di 204,Di 205,Di 206,etc.in the Dixi-12 well-block area,and the core permeability recovery ratios tested after being contaminated all exceed 80%.
