背景音乐护理干预在膀胱镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析探讨在膀胱镜检查过程中播放个性化背景音乐对患者的影响。方法将我院自2009年5月—2010年4月行门诊膀胱镜检查共165例纳入实验观察对象,其中采用膀胱镜常规护理79例为对照组,采用个性化背景音乐护理行膀胱镜检查86例为实验组,观察2组配合插管程度、疼痛程度以及血压、心率的变化情况。结果实验组和对照组配合程度、疼痛程度指标变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组和对照组实验中心率、操作前中后血压变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膀胱镜检查中运用个性化背景音乐,可融洽护患关系,使患者更好地配合,有利诊治过程顺利进行,且简单易行,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of personalized background music playing on the patients in cystoscopy. Methods A total of 165 cases were divided into an experimental group （personalized background music playing group, 86 cases） and a control group （conventional cystoscopy care group, 79 cases） from May 2009 to 2010 April. The changes of the degree of intubation, degree of pain, blood pressure, and heart rate were observed. Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and control group （the former was better than the later） in the cooperating degree and pain intensity indicators （ P 〈 0.01）, blood pressure and heart rate （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The personalized background music playing used in cystoscopy is effective and simple.
