摘　　要：目的探讨夏季门诊低钾血症的临床表现、发病原因及诊治措施。方法对江苏大学附属医院2007年6月～2010年6月夏季急诊科就诊的46例低钾血症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者经过积极治疗后均治愈出院，未导致和诱发相关副作用。结论低钾血症是临床常见的电解质紊乱性疾病，宜及时治疗，并在补钾的同时积极治疗原发病。Objective To explore clinical manifestations, aetiological factors and treatment measures of hypokalemia in a summer outpatient service. Methods The medical records of 46 hypokalemia cases were reviewed retrospectively in the Emergency Department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from June 2007 to June 2010. Results All the patients were cured after active treatment, and there were no related side effects. Conclusions Hypokalemia is a clinical common electrolyte disorder, and it should be cured timely and the primary affection should be treated while supplying potassium.
