摘 要:目的探讨去势大耳兔腰椎骨的CT形态及QCT骨密度变化。方法将16只5月龄雌大耳兔随机分成手术组(OVX)与伪手术组(SHAM),手术组行双侧卵巢切除,伪手术组打开腹腔不切除卵巢。两组分别于术前、术后1、2、3、4月称体重,进行CT腰椎骨薄层扫描并做多平面重建(MPR)及表面遮盖(SSD)重建,并对腰椎骨进行骨密度检测。结果手术组3个月后腰椎密质骨明显变薄,兔体重明显增加,松质骨密度明显减低(P<0.01)。结论去势后3个月兔腰椎骨开始呈现骨质疏松表现,术后4个月可形成可靠的骨质疏松模型。Objective To explore the alteration of CT image and bone mineral density(BMD) measured with quantitative computed tomography(QCT) of the lumber vertebra in ovariectomized big-eared rabbits.Methods Sixty 5-month-old female rabbits were randomly divided into operation group(OVX) and sham operation group(SHAM).Rats in operation group were ovariectomized.Rats in sham operation group were treated with exploration of the abdominal cavity without removal of the ovaries.Weighs of the rats in both groups were measured before operation,and 1-,2-,3-,and 4-month after the operation,respectively.The lumbar vertebra was scanned using CT.The multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and shaded surface display(SSD) were reconstructed.BMD of the lumbar vertebra was measured.Results The cortical bone of lumbar vertebra became significantly thin after 3 months in operation group.The weight of the rabbits increased significantly.BMD of the trabecular bone decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion The lumbar vertebra of rabbits appears osteoporotic 3 months after ovariectomy.A reliable osteoporosis model can be formed after 4 months.
