商业银行效率研究:基于DEA的测度与分解

摘　　要：本文使用DEA方法,对我国14家代表性商业银行2007～2009年的运作效率进行测度.研究结果表明:国有商业银行的效率水平逐步提升,已赶上并超过股份制商业银行.对效率做进一步分解后发现:国有商业银行的技术效率和纯技术效率较高,但规模效率逊于股份制商业银行,且多处于规模报酬递减阶段.对松弛变量分析可知,人员数量过于庞大和资本利用效率不高是造成效率低下的原因.In this paper,the DEA method was used to estimate the operating efficiency of 14 typical commercial banks of China in 2007 to 2009.Results show that,the efficiency of nationalized business banks is increasing,and has achieved and exceeded that of joint-stock commercial bank.After further analysis of efficiency,it is shown that nationalized commercial bank have higher technical efficiency and higher pure technical efficiency,but their scale efficiency is lower than that of joint-stock commercial bank and their returns to scale is decreasing.
