摘　　要：介绍国内外头位分娩中会阴切开的现状及研究概况,说明限制会阴切开在产科临床推行的意义。通过限制会阴切开在头位分娩的临床实施,客观分析其关键技术环节及难点。Present situation of the episiotomy using in spontaneously vaginal delivery in China and aboard is overviewed. Through the available evidence of clinilcal disadvantage of the routine episiotomy use, we stress the importance of advocating restrictive use of episiotomy. Based on our obstetric experience, especially on the practice of restrictive use of episiotomy for primiparous and multiparous women, we document the key technology and difficulties during implementation of restrictive episiotomy use.
