中国特色农产品流通现代化的主要问题与对策

摘　　要：从内容上看,农产品流通现代化主要包括流通组织现代化、流通主体现代化、流通基础设施现代化、流通方式现代化、流通技术现代化以及流通信息化,而我国的农产品流通现代化存在着农产品流通组织化程度低、农产品流通主体整体水平不高、农产品流通领域基础设施不健全、农产品流通交易方式落后、农产品流通信息化水平较低及农产品流通技术落后等问题,必须采取加快农产品流通组织化程度、提高农产品流通主体整体水平、加强农产品流通基础设施建设、不断创新农产品流通方式、加快推进农产品流通信息化建设以及提高农产品流通技术水平等具体对策。In terms of the content,the modernization of agricultural product circulation includes the modernization of circulation organization,circulation main body,circulation infrastructure,ways of circulation,circulation technology and circulation informationization.Six outstanding problems in the process of modernization of agricultural products circulation in China are summarized as follows： The degree of organization in agricultural products circulation is low;the overall level of main body in agricultural products circulation is low;the infrastructure in agricultural products circulation is imperfect;ways of agricultural products circulation is laggard;the level of informatization in agricultural products circulation is low and the level of technology in agricultural products circulation is laggard.We should accelerate the organizational level,improve the overall level of main body,strengthen the construction of infrastructure,make innovation in the ways of circulation,accelerate implementing policies for the construction of informationization and the improvement of technology.
