摘　　要：我国发展第三方物流,应加强物流政策的宏观指导和引导,形成相关管理部门的协调与沟通机制;加强对物流企业的宏观管理,实行"准入制度";消除地域性、部门性、行业性的保护主义,构建全国性的统一的大物流市场;建立健全第三方物流发展的法律法规体系,消除物流发展的障碍。同时,要建设与现代物流发展相适应的第四方物流发展环境,使物流发展更加合理化。In developing 3PL in China,we should,first,strengthen the guidance of logistic policy and formulate the mechanism of coordination and communication;second,we should strengthen the macro control on the logistics enterprises and implement market access system;third,we should eliminate the regional,sectional and industrial protectionism and build an unified national logistic market;fourth,we should formulate and improve the law and regulation system suitable to the development of 3PL and eliminate the barrier that will hinder the development of logistics;and fifth,we should create an environment for the development of 4PL in the light of modern logistic development and promote the rationalization of logistic development.
