摘  要:目的:为促进静脉药物配置中心人员培训与考核体系的建立提供参考。方法:介绍我院新参加静脉药物配置中心工作的药学人员的培训方法,包括培训岗位、培训内容、培训方式及考核方法等。结果与结论:根据不同的岗位即摆药、打印、核对、发药、营养和化疗药物医嘱配制及配制复核等制定培训内容,包括理论知识、操作技能和心理素质,采用集中授课、一对一带教等方式进行培训,考核方法分为笔试和操作。所建立的人员培训与考核体系及相应规章制度,可促进新员工的合格培养,促进静脉药物配置中心工作的持续、健康发展。OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the establishment of personnel training and assessment system in PIVAS.METHODS:The training program of new employee in PIVAS of our hospital was introduced,including position,content and method of training and evaluation method.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:The content of training was formulated according to different positions,i.e.dispensing,printing,checking,delivery,medical order formulation of nutrition and chemotherapy drugs and formulation rechecking.The content of training contained theory,operation skill and psychological quality.Centralized teaching,one-to-one teaching and other ways were adopted.Evaluation method involved written examination and operation.Established employee training and evaluation system and related regulations and rules promote the training of qualified employee and the sustainable and healthy development of PIVAS.
