咽炎茶中生地、麦冬、玄参的薄层色谱鉴别实验

摘　　要：目的建立咽炎茶中生地、麦冬、玄参的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对咽炎茶中生地、麦冬、玄参进行鉴别实验。结果咽炎茶中生地、麦冬、玄参与对照药材在色谱图中相应位置上显示相同颜色的斑点,而空白对照无此斑点。结论鉴别方法稳定可行,结果准确可靠,可作为咽炎茶质量标准中的鉴别方法。Objective To establish the identification method of rehmanniae, ophiopogon japonicus, radix scrophulariae on pharyngitis tea. Methods TLC identification experiment of rehmanniae, ophiopogon japonicus, radix scrophulariae on pharyngitis tea was used. Results Rehmanniae, ophiopogon japonicus, radix scrophulariae with the corresponding reference drug in the corresponding position in the chromatogram displayed the same color spots, the corresponding blank-control had no pots. Conclusion This identification method is stable, accurate and reliable, can be used as pharyngitis tea identification of quality standards.
