产房助产士护理风险因素及防范分析

摘　　要：目的分析产房助产士的护理风险因素,并据此制定出相应的防范措施。方法总结本院产房助产士护理工作中的风险因素,据此制定出相应的防范措施并应用于产房助产士护理实践中,对应用防范措施前后护患情况进行对比分析。结果实施后产妇满意率显著高于实施前,护患纠纷的发生率显著低于实施前,P<0.01。结论防范措施可为产房助产士的日常工作提供指导,有效防范护理风险,提高产妇及家属满意率。Objective To analyze the care risk factors of delivery room midwives,and to develop appropriate preventive measures in line with these factors. Methods The care risk factors of delivery room midwives of our hospital were summarized, and appropriate preventive measures were developed and used in nursing practice in the delivery room midwives, nurse-patient condition before and after the application of preventive measures were comparatively analysed. Results After the implementation, maternal satisfaction was significantly higher than before implementation, nurse-patient dispute rate was significantly lower than before implementation, P 0.01. Conclusion Preventive measures can provide guidance for daily delivery room midwives, effectively prevent care risk, improve maternal and family satisfaction.
