高效液相色谱法测定颠胃酸口服液中东莨菪碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定颠胃酸口服液中东莨菪碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.25%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(用磷酸调pH为2.5)-乙腈(60∶40),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210 nm,进样量20μL,柱温30℃。结果:东莨菪碱在2.6～130.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,A=0.3075C-0.3101(r=0.9995),回收率为97.3%(RSD=0.93%,n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便快捷,专属性强,重现性好,适用于颠胃酸口服液中东莨菪碱的含量测定。Objective：To establish the quantitative determination method of scopolamine in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid by HPLC.Methods： The column was Diamonsil-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;the mobile phase was 0.25% sodium dodecyl sulfate（adjust pH to 2.5 by phosphoric acid）-acetonitrile（60∶40） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 210 nm,the injection volume was 20 μL and the oven temperature was 30 ℃.Results： The standard curve was linear within a range of 2.6~130.0 μg/mL,the linear equation was A=0.3075C-0.3101（r=0.9995）.The average recovery was 97.3% with RSD of 0.93%（n=6）.Conclusions： This method was convenient and stable.It could be used to determine the scopolamine in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid.
