摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜结合小切口直视下缝合法治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折的方法与疗效。方法 2005年9月～2010年11月,对15例胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折的患者(Ⅱ型8例、Ⅲ型7例)行关节镜下探查,膝前小切口骨折复位,以5号爱惜邦双缝线贯穿缝合固定。结果上述患者骨折愈合时间为8～12周(平均10周),无膝关节前向不稳定、骨不连及伸膝功能障碍等发生。术后Lysholm膝关节评分为(91.5±2.0)分,术后6个月为(94.5±2.0)分。结论关节镜结合小切口直视下缝合固定胫骨髁间棘骨折,使骨折复位更为直接,简化手术操作过程,固定更为牢靠,并不增加膝关节创伤,可早期进行膝关节功能锻炼,利于关节功能的恢复。Objective To discuss the methods and efficacy of arthroscopes combining with small incisio treated tibial eminence fractures of use visual direct suture. Methods From September 2005 to November 2010, 15 cases of tibial eminence fractures of patients （g cases of type Ⅱ , 7 eases of type Ⅲ） were conduct the arthroscopy probed, knees small incision fracture restoration, number five nations to spare double suture throughout the suture fixation. Results The fracture healing time of these patients was from 8 to 12 weeks （average for 10 weeks）, without the instability of forward of the knee, bone nonunion and disorder of knee extensor function and so on. The average Lysholm knee score was （91.5＋2.0） points after operation, and （94.5＋2.0） points six months after operation. Conclusion Arthroscopes combining with small incision treatment of tibial eminence fractures is direct and minimally invasive, and operative is easy, and fixation suture is reliable, and don＇t increase the knee injuries, and possible early recovery of exercise, and it can help recovery of function.
