环孢菌素A联合十一酸睾酮与单独十一酸睾酮治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的研究环孢菌素A联合十一酸睾酮与单独运用十一酸睾酮治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法选取本院2008年9月～2010年5月收治的40例再生障碍性贫血患者,随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),治疗组采用研究环孢菌素A联合十一酸睾酮治疗,对照组仅采用十一酸睾酮进行治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为85%和65%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.2667,P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗过程中不良反应的发生率分别为20%和25%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.2867,P>0.05)。结论环孢菌素A联合十一酸睾酮治疗再生障碍性贫血与传统疗法相比,治疗效果明显,并且能够减少治疗过程中的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the curative effect contrast between cyclosporin A with Testosterone undecanoate and Testosterone undecanoate only in the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods Forty patients with aplastie anemia were se- lected from September 2008 to May 2010 in our hospital, and were divided into treatment group （n = 20） and control group （n = 20）, the treatment group was treated with Cyclosporin A and Testosterone undecanoate, and the control group was treated with Testosterone undecanoate only. Results The total effective rate of the contral group and the treatment group were 65% and 85%, respectively （χ2 = 4.266 7, P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction of the control group and the treatment group were 25% and 20%, respectively （χ2 = 0.286 7, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The method of using Cyclosporin A with Testosterone undecanoate for aplastic anemia is much more superior to the traditional method of using Testosterone unde- canoate only, And it is worthy of clinical application.
