摘  要:运用Kriging算法的无偏、方差最小等优点,提出一种新的变异函数参数估计方法,并与曲面拟合法结合,对点云数据进行插值。实例分析表明了两者结合在点云数据插值应用中的有效性和实用性。When using 3D laser point clouds data to obtain DEM, there is need to mend the data, because the sampling blind exists and many non-ground points were eliminated in the filtering process. The Kriging algorithm has been applied extensively in the data interpolation. In this paper,a new method to the parameter estimate of variogram theory model has been put forward. According to the principle of Kriging algorithm combining with surface fitting the defects of low efficiency is overcome. Finally, an example is investigated to verify the validity and practicability in the interpolation of point clouds data.
