龙眼基腐病的症状及病原鉴定

摘　　要：描述龙眼(Dimocarpus longan Lour)基腐病的症状,遵循柯赫法则获得致病菌株,通过对致病菌株的形态学测定,将引起龙眼基腐病的主要病原菌鉴定为恶疫霉[Phytophthora cartorum(Cebert&Cohn)Schroter]。龙眼作为恶疫霉的寄主,在国内外属首次报道。帚梗柱孢霉(Cylimdrocladium sp.)的致病力较弱,是龙眼基腐病的次要病原菌。The symptom of longan was observed in the field.The pathogenic isolate was obtained according to the Koch＇s postulate.The pathogen of base rot on longan was identified as Phytophthora cartorum（Lehertcohn） Schroter by testing morphology of the pathogen isolate.The longan＇s host of the pathogen（P.cartorum） was first reported in the world.Cylindrocladium sp.is a secondary pathogen of base rot on longan.
