摘 要:根据2010年4月在杭州湾邻近海域进行的现场调查,结合同步的化学和水文环境要素资料,分析了该海域尿素的浓度变化以及占溶解氮的比例,探讨了尿素的分布特征与主要来源。结果表明:(1)调查海域尿素平均值为(1.14±0.90)μmol/L,浓度范围为0.19~6.55μmol/L,尿素含量相当于无机氮盐总量的7%,同时占有机氮含量的7%~12%,占总溶解氮含量的3%~7%。(2)其平面分布特征呈现近岸高、远岸低的特点,高值区主要分布在杭州湾口海域,主要来源于陆源输入,其中表层受影响较为显著。Based on the data of the cruise that carried out in the Hangzhou Bay and its adjacent areas in spring 2010,combining with the data of chemical and environmental hydrology,urea concentration and its proporation in the dissolved nitrogen were analyzed,then the distribution and the sources of urea were also discussed.Results showed that in this area,the average concentration of urea was(1.14±0.90) μmol/L,and ranged from 0.187 μmol/L to 6.554 μmol/L.The content of urea was 7% of the inorganic nitrogen and 7%~12% of the organic nitrogen;In horizontal distribution,the highest urea content in the coastal zones and it tends to decrease toward the far shore on the whole.The highest concentration of urea appears at the area around Hangzhou Bay and it primarily from terrestrial inputs which the urea concentration in the surface layer was influenced more significant.
