复方黄柏液联合止带方加味治疗宫颈糜烂疗效观察  

Effects of Fufang Huangbai Ye Combined with Modified Zhidai Fang in Treatment of Cervical Erosion

摘　　要：目的观察复方黄柏液外用联合止带方加味内服治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法将100例宫颈糜烂患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组给予复方黄柏液外用配合中药汤剂止带方加味内服,对照组仅给予复方黄柏液外用治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果对照组和治疗组分别有12、10例失访。治疗组愈显率为70.00%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05,vs 47.37%)。治疗组单纯型宫颈糜烂的愈显率为85.19%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05,vs 42.31%);治疗组和对照组颗粒型宫颈糜烂的总有效率分别为100.00%、80.00%,差异无统计学意义。结论复方黄柏液联合止带方治疗湿热下注型宫颈糜烂具有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the external use of Fuang Huangbai Ye（a patent traditional Chinese medicine mainly composed of phellodendron amurense,forsythia suspensa,honeysuchble,et al） combined with the internal use of modified Zhidai Fang（a traditional Chinese prescription for abnormality of leucorrhea） in treating cervical erosion.Methods One hundred cervical erosion patients were averagely randomized into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with the external use of Fufang Huangbai Ye combined with the internal use of Zhidai Fang;while patients in control group were treated only with Fufang Huangbai Ye.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were 12 and 10 patients lost to followup in the control group and the treatment group,respectively.The cured and markedly effective rate in treatment group was 70.00%,being significant higher than that in the control group（P0.05,vs 47.37%）.The cured and markedly efficacy rate of simple type erosion in the control group was 85.19%,being significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05,vs 42.31%）.The total efficacy rate of granular erosion was 100.00% and 80.00% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Fufang Huangbai Ye combined with modified Zhidai Fang has good effect in treating cervical erosion complicated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of damp-heat invading lower body.
