摘 要:目的比较不同加工工艺对白术中白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ含量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定白术中白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ含量。色谱柱:Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇∶0.02%磷酸水(64∶36);检测波长:220nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果不同加工工艺对白术中白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ含量有一定影响。鲜白术在不同加工工艺条件下白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ含量由高到低依次为:鲜白术烘至一定程度切片>产地趁鲜直接切片>传统工艺切片。低温烘干与烘房烘干对白术内在质量无明显影响。结论结合饮片外观,鲜白术产地烘至一定程度直接切片,其质量较好。Objective To study the effects of different processing technology on the contents of atractylenolide-Ⅰand-Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.Methods The contents of atractylenolide-Ⅰ and-Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were determined by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography with Phenomenex C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.02% phosphoric acid(64∶36) with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Different processing technology had an effect on the contents of atractylenolide-Ⅰ and-Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.The contents of atractylenolide-Ⅰ and-Ⅲ ranked first in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae sliced directly after dried for several hours,followed by those in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae sliced directly at the producing areas,and those ranked last in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae processed by traditional technology.There were no significant differences between inherent quality of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae dried at low temperature and that dried in oast house.Conclusion Considering the appearance,the quality of fresh Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae sliced directly after dried for several hours is the best.
