摘　　要：对国内外相关学校体育伤害事故民事责任免责制度进行研究,分析我国学校体育伤害事故民事责任免责制度存在的问题,并提出完善我国学校伤害事故民事免责制度的建议,认为在健全的社会保障制度基础上建立只要不是学校及教职工主观故意,应当免除其学校体育伤害事故民事赔偿责任的免责制度,并论证在我国有其合理性。On the basis of studying the civil liability exemption system for school sports injuries at home and abroad,the paper discusses the existing problems in China＇s civil liability exemption system for school sports injuries and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the system in China.It suggests that an exemption system of exempting the civil compensation liability of school in sports injuries be established on the basis of a sound social security system so long as there is no subjective deliberation of school staff.It also argues for its rationality in China.
