天然植物辣木籽对水体净化作用的研究

摘　　要：文章对辣木籽天然净水剂与常用化学净水剂明矾、聚合氯化铝等净水效果进行比较研究,结果表明:辣木籽有较明显的净水效果,净水效率与聚合氯化铝相当;确定辣木籽净水最佳剂量为100mg/L;辣木籽粗提取液有良好净水效果,但水体中有机物含量有所增加;利用不同倍数蒸馏水与NaCl溶液对辣木籽进行处理,10倍NaCl溶液提取辣木籽,降低浊度的效果明显,同时高锰酸盐指数并未增加,采用不同盐溶液提取辣木籽,对水体浊度去除效果相当。因此,辣木籽作为天然净水剂具有较好的潜在应用价值。This paper made a comparative study on purifying effect among natural water purification agent Moringa seed,commonly-used chemical agent alum and polymeric aluminum chloride.The results indicate that Moringa seed is a very good natural water purification agent,and its purification efficiency is comparable to that of the polymeric aluminum chloride.The optimal dose of Moringa seed is 100 mg/L in purifying water.The crude extraction of Moringa seed has a good purifying effect but it increases organic matter content.Through the treatment of Moringa seed by using different times distilled water and NaCl solution,it is found that Moringa seed extracted by 10 times NaCl solution is the best to reduce turbidity effect,while the CODMn index does not increase.The turbidity reduction effect is on the same level when using different salt solution to extract Moringa seed.Therefore the seed of Moringa oleifera has potential value as a natural purifying agent.
