尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶对高原地区老年人鼻出血的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的评价尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶(Haemocoagulase Agkistrodon,HCA,商品名苏灵)对老年人鼻出血的治疗效果。方法将本院收治的105例鼻出血患者按照住院号末位数的单、偶数随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组(n=42)给予尖吻蛇毒血凝酶治疗,对照组(n=63)给予酚磺乙胺治疗,观察其临床效果及副作用。结果 HCA在高原老年出血中作用与酚磺乙胺相比,作用良好,且副作用较小,最终试验组总有效率为95.23%,而对照组总有效率仅为47.62%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未出现严重并发症。结论 HCA在高原鼻出血患者中值得推广应用,因为它不激活凝血因子Ⅷ,不易发生血栓。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Haemocoagulase Agkistrodon（HCA,trade name was Su Ling） on the elder plateau patients of nosal bleeding.Methods One hundred and five elder plateau patients of nasal bleeding were randomly divided into experiment group and control group according to the odd or even of admission number.Forty two patients in experiment group was intravenous injection of HCA,and 63 patients in control group was intravenous injection of Etamsylate.The clinical efficacy and side effects of drugs were observed.Results HCA had better effects on the plateau elder patients of nosal bleeding and fewer side effects.The total efficiency of the experiment group with HCA was 95.23%,while the control group was only 47.62%.There were significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.There was no serious complications.Conclusion HCA has good hemostatic effect on patients of nosal bleeding in the highlands,and should be widely applied,because it does not activate coagulation factor XⅢ less causing thrombosis.
