摘　　要：目的探讨超声监视在疑难宫腔手术中的应用,评价其安全性及疗效,为在超声监视下行疑难宫腔手术操作提供依据。方法随机抽取50例在超声监视下进行的疑难宫腔手术病例作为实验组,同时抽取50例在我院应用传统方式进行手术的病例作为对照组,进行比较分析。结果在超声监视下进行的50例疑难宫腔手术均取得成功,未发现损伤等并发症。结论超声监视下进行疑难宫腔手术克服了常规手术操作的盲目性和危险性,减轻患者痛苦,缩短操作时间,减少出血量,减少感染机会,疗效确切,安全度高,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the application of ultrasound monitoring in high-risk uterine cavity surgery and evaluate the safety and efficacy,in order to provide basis for high-risk uterine cavity surgery operation under ultrasound monitoring.Methods Fifty cases of patients who were adopted high-risk uterine cavity surgery under ultrasound monitoring were randomly selected as experimental group,and 50 cases of patients who were adopted traditional operation method in our hospital were selected as control group.The two groups were comparison analyzed.Results All 50 cases of high-risk uterine cavity surgery under ultrasound monitoring had achieved success,there was no damage and other complications.Conclusion High-risk uterine cavity surgery operation under ultrasound monitoring overcomes the blindness and danger of traditional operation,which can reduce the pain of patients,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding and chance of infection,is definite efficacy and high safety.It is worthy of popularized application.
