漳州市医院近10年住院患儿病死率及病死原因分析

摘　　要：目的分析近10年本院住院患儿死亡原因。方法分析本院儿科2002年1月～2011年7月住院儿童死亡病例资料。结果住院患儿死亡率由2002年的0.94%下降至2011年的0.24%;新生儿死亡前5位疾病为新生儿肺透明膜病、新生儿肺炎、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、新生儿败血症、新生儿出血症;29d～4岁住院患儿死亡前5位疾病为重症肺炎、败血症、颅内疾病、心脏疾病、肠道感染;5～14岁住院患儿死亡前3位疾病为肿瘤、败血症、颅内感染。结论 10年期间住院患儿病死率呈下降趋势;不同年龄组中感染性疾病均占较大比例。Objective To analyze the causes of death with inpatient children from Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital in last 10 years.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed based on the clinical death cases in department of pediatrics from January in 2002 to July in 2011.Results Case fatality rate of inpatient children was 0.94% in 2002 and declined to 0.24% in 2011.The cases of death in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,neonatal pneumonia,neonatal hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy,neonatal septicemia,hemorrhagic disease of the newborn were in the top five in hospitalized neonate.The top five causes of death in age from 29 days to 4 years were respectively severe pneumonia,septicemia,intracranial disease,heart disease,intestinal infection.The main causes of death in age from 5 to 14 years were tumor,septicemia,intracranial infection.Conclusion The case fatality rate of inpatient children in last 10 years is downtrend.The case fatality rate of infectious disease is major proportion in various age groups.
