宫腔镜在异常子宫出血诊断中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨异常子宫出血采用宫腔镜进行检查的诊断准确程度与诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院近年来采用宫腔镜进行诊断的271例异常子宫出血患者的临床资料,比较其B超诊断、宫腔镜诊断与病理诊断的符合率。结果宫腔镜诊断符合率均高于B超诊断符合率。结论宫腔镜诊断异常子宫出血准确性高,明显优于B超检查,可作为异常子宫出血的常规检查项目。Objective To investigate the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic value of the hysteroscopy to the patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Clinical data about 271 cases of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding diagnosed by hysteroscopy were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnostic accordance rate of the B-ultrasound and hysteroscopy with the pathological diagnosis were compared.Results The diagnostic accordance rates of hysteroscopy were all superior to the diagnostic accordance rates of the B-ultrasound.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of the hysteroscopy on the patients with abnormal uterine bleeding is higher,and it is superior to the diagnostic accuracy of the B-ultrasound significantly,so it can be used as a normal examination project.
