摘　　要：目的研究HBsAg阳性孕妇血清HBVDNA载量与HBsAg、HBeAg滴度之间的关系。方法入组乙肝疫苗母婴阻断效果研究队列892例未经抗病毒治疗孕妇,经雅培Architect i2000分析仪检测其血清HBsAg和HBeAg,并用雅培全自动实时荧光定量系统m2000定量检测HBVDNA水平。结果 HBeAg阳性组中,HBVDNA阳性率为95.65%;HBeAg阴性组中,HBVDNA阳性率为30.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同浓度组HBeAg和HBVDNA检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同载量HBVDNA组,HBeAg差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随HBVDNA含量增加而增加,成正相关(r=0.71,P<0.01);HBsAg差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01),随HBVDNA含量增加而增加,成正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01)。结论在未经抗病毒治疗的HBsAg阳性孕妇中HBVDNA载量与HBsAg、HBeAg滴度均呈正相关,HBsAg可以较好的反映HBV复制水平。Objective To study the relationship between serum HBeAg,HBsAg and HBVDNA concentration in HBsAg positive mothers.Method Quantitative measurement of serum HBV-DNA（with m2000） and HBeAg（with Architect i2000） were performed in 892 HBsAg positive mothers.Results In the HBeAg positive samples,the positive percentage of HBVDNAw was 95.62%,and in the HBeAg negative samples,the positive percentage of HBVDNAw was 30.08%,which showed a significant difference（p〈0.05） between two groups.The concentration of HBV-DNA was also of significant difference between the two groups（p〈0.05）.In the different concentration of HBV-DNA groups,both HBeAg and HBsAg show significant difference（p〈0.05）.With the increase of HBV-DNA,the HBeAg and HBsAg were increasing.Conclusion The relationship between serum HBeAg,HBsAg and HBV-DNA concentration are the positive correlation in HBsAg positive mothers without antiviral treatment,HBsAg can act as an indictor for HBV replicative status.
