摘　　要：目的评价江苏省麻疹实验室网络运转情况。方法对江苏省2003-2010年麻疹实验室网络监测结果进行统计分析。结果共检测疑似麻疹血清标本28 348份,IgM抗体阳性19 966份,阳性率70.43%;1 298份咽拭子分离到麻疹毒株294株,病毒分离率为22.65%;检测正常人群血清10 473份,抗体阳性率为93.45%;检测免疫后血清标本1 384份,麻疹疫苗免疫成功率97.83%。结论江苏省麻疹实验室网络运转良好,可为加速控制麻疹提供科学依据。Objective To evaluate the effect of measles laboratory network running in Jiangsu Province.Methods Results of measles laboratory from 2003 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 28 348 sera obtained from measles suspected cases were tested,of which 199 66 sera was measles IgM positive with 70.43% positive rate;294 strains of measles virus were isolated from 1 298 throat swab,the rate of virus isolation was 22.65%;10 473 sera obtained from normal population were tested with 93.45% measles positive rate;1 384 sera obtained from immune afterwards were tested,the successful rate of vaccine immunization was 97.83%.Conclusion Measles network in Jiangsu Province has run well and provided scientific aid for accelerating measles control.
