摘　　要：首先提出逆向选择和道德风险的概念,然后对图书馆中存在的逆向选择和道德风险进行分析和研究,并针对这些提出了图书馆工作的一些对策和建议。First, The author introduces the concept of the adverse selection and the moral risk. Second, the author analyzes the phenomenon of the adverse selection and the moral risk, which happens in the library. Lastly, the author proposes some countermeasure and suggestion.
