摘　　要：以"读者为本,服务为先"的服务理念为先导来统领现代图书馆的建设。结合扬州大学新校区图书馆建设的工程实践,从五个方面阐述了现代图书馆发展的趋势——便捷性、智能性、文化性、效用性,从而保证现代图书馆建设理念的实现。The construction of modem library is spearheaded by the service concepts of reader-oriented and service-first. Asso- ciated exactly with the constructing practice of the library on the new campus of Yangzhou University, this paper e- laborates the developing trend of modem library from five aspects, which is convenience, intelligence, culture and usefulness, so as to guarantee the realization of construction concept in modem library.
