消坚排石汤治疗肾结石的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消坚排石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法将本院2009年1月～2011年2月收治的80例肾结石患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例,对照组给予传统西医治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予消坚排石汤治疗。3周为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程后,评价临床疗效;观察两组治疗前后的尿β2微球蛋白(尿β2-MG)、血β2微球蛋白(血β2-MG)、血肌酐(Cr)和血尿素氮(BUN)变化。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的β2-MG、血β2-MG、Cr以及BUN均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消坚排石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of elimination Xiaojian Paishi decoction of treatment of kidney stones.Methods Eighty cases of kidney stone patients treated in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 40 patients,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment;the treatment group were given consumers Xiaojian Paishi decoction treatment based on the control group.Three weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment in both groups after two courses,evaluation of clinical efficacy were observed,β2-microglobulin（urinary β2-MG）,serum β2 microglobulin（serum β2-MG）,serum creatinine（Cr） and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） changes were observed before and after treatment of urinary.Results The markedly effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group,（P 0.05）;after treatment,the treatment group of β2-MG,serum β2-MG,Sur,and BUN were significantly lower than the control group,the statistical differences between the two groups were significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical treatment of consumers Xiaojian Paishi decoction for kidney stones is effective,it should be widely applied.
