摘　　要：目的探讨新型(足母)外翻矫形器的研制与临床应用的效果。方法设计并制出新型(足母)外翻矫形器并结合临床给(足母)外翻患者使用。共计34例(足母)外翻患者使用。其中男性3例,女性31例。年龄21～71岁,平均42岁。(足母)外翻角度15.2°～20.4°,平均为(17.4±2.1)°。结果经治疗3个月,改善疼痛症状的患者有5例,占7例疼痛患者的71.43%。矫正(足母)外翻患者3例,占(足母)外翻患者的8.82%。3位患者的平均年龄为25岁。24例(足母)外翻患者HVA未增大,占(足母)外翻患者的70.59%。结论该新型(足母)外翻矫形器具有矫形功能,并且对20～30岁年轻的患者效果明显。Objective To explore new type of hallux valgus orthosis development and clinical application effect.Methods A new type of hallux valgus orthosis which was combined with clinic to the requirements of hallux valgus patients was designed and manufactured.It was tried on a total of 34 Hallux valgus patients,3 of whom were male,31 were female,ages were from 21 to 71,and the average age of them was 42.Hallux valgus angle was from 15.2°-20.4°,an average of（17.4±2.1）°.Results After three-month treatment,there were 5 cases getting improvement of pain symptoms,in which a total of 7 cases had pain,accounting for 71.43% of patients who had pain.3 cases had got correction of Hallux valgus,accounting for 8.82% of patients who had hallux valgus.The average age of the 3 patients was 25.The HVA of 24 Hallux valgus patients did not increase,accounting for 70.59% of patients with Hallux valgus.Conclusion The new Hallux valgus orthosis has orthopedic features,and there is obvious effect on the young patients whose ages are from 20 to 30.
