锁骨外1/3骨折锁骨钩板内固定32例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价锁骨钩板内固定术在治疗锁骨外1/3骨折中的应用价值及临床疗效。方法笔者所在医院对32例锁骨外1/3骨折患者,采取切开复位锁骨钩板内固定术治疗,术后颈腕胸前吊带保护2～3周,术后3d开始肩关节钟摆式功能锻炼,术后3～4周开始进行日常活动。结果所有患者达到满意复位和固定,复查X线片未见锁骨钩板断裂和松动,术后随访12～18个月,平均15个月,术后4～6周左右肩关节活动度恢复接近正常,术后4～5个月骨折愈合,内固定物取出后未见再骨折现象。疗效均为优良。结论锁骨钩板内固定术治疗锁骨外1/3骨折手术安全,操作简便,并发症少,效果满意,是一种值得推广的有效方法。Objective To assess clinical application value and efficacy of clavicular hook plate for fracture of lateral third clavicle. Methods Thirty - two cases were treated with clavicular hook plate in Anyang District Hospital. Results All cases got good reduction and fixation, returned to full activity without residual complaints or weakness. Breakage, and loosening of the clavicular hook plate were not observed. Refracture were not developed when the internal fixation was removed. Conclusion ORIF with clavicular hook plate will get good result in fracture of lateral third clavicle.
