摘 要:目的干化学法、尿沉渣分析仪与尿沉渣镜检联合运用对尿液中红细胞、白细胞检测的重要性。方法对600例患者的尿液标本进行尿沉渣分析、干化学分析和显微镜检,并进行比较。结果尿干化学分析法、手工沉渣镜检法、尿沉渣分析法对白细胞的检测阳性率分别为25.2%、31.2%、33.5%,红细胞的检测阳性率分别为43.2%、33.0%、35.2%,干化学法与两种沉渣镜检法之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两种尿沉渣检测法之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿沉渣分析仪、干化学法与显微镜镜检联合应用,可以提高检测精确度。Objective To study the importance of dry chemical method,urine dreg analyzer and anti - bma urine dreg joint use to red, white testing in urine. Methods The urine samples of 600 patients were tested with urine dreg analysis,dry chemical analysis and microscopic microscopic, the results were compared. Results With dry chemical analysis, manual urine dreg cystourethroscopy method, urine dreg analysis, white blood cells tested positie were 25.2% ,31.2% ,33.5% ,red blood cells tested positie were 43.2% ,33.0% ,35. 2% ,the difference between dry chemical method and two kinds of sediment cystourethroscopy method was statistical significance( P 〈0. 01 ), and the difference between two kinds of sediment cystourethroscopy method was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The combined application of urine dreg an- alyzer, dry chemical method and microscope microscopic can improve the detection accuracy.
