摘  要:以11.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,利用轮胎专用有限元分析软件TYSYS分析双复合胎侧和三复合胎侧设计方案对胎圈耐久性能的影响。有限元分析结果表明,三复合胎侧设计可以提高轮胎负荷能力/径向刚度,减小胎圈反包区域的应变能变化幅度,从而提高胎圈耐久性能。成品轮胎试验结果验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。Based on 11.00R20 18PR truck and bus radial tire,the effect of two-composite sidewall and three-composite sidewall design on bead endurance was analyzed by the finit element analysis (FEA) tire special software TYSYS. The FEA results showed that, using three-composite sidewall design, the tire loading performance and radial rigidity were improved, the varying range of strain energy in the bead turn-up area was decreased, so that the bead endurance of tire was increased. The FEA results were confirmed by the test of finished tires.
