大庆精神与城市“软实力”管理路径研究

摘　　要：城市精神是一座城市的灵魂,是城市的一面旗帜。城市精神理应是城市所追求的一种境界,这种追求不一定是经济增长这种直接的目标,而是准确概括出被实践证明对经济社会文化发展具有重要推进作用的因素;大庆精神是大庆经济和社会发展的"战略资源",它深深地熔铸在城市的生命力、创造力和凝聚力之中,大庆精神塑造着大庆城市的气质与风骨,彰显出城市的特色与魅力,构成了大庆"软实力"的核心,是代表和展示大庆城市形象的"名片"。The spirit of a city is not only the soul of a city, but the banner of a city. The spirit of a city is supposed to be a state of mind pursued in the city. This pursuit is not the direct target of economic growth, but the summary of factors which has played an important role in economic and social development in practice ; the spirit of Daqing is the strategic resources of economy and society of Daqing, and it is deeply rooted in the vitality, creativity and cohesion of the city. The spirit of I）aqing shapes the temperament and strength of the city and highlights the characteristics and charm of the city and constitutes the core of soft power and is the business card and image representation of the city of Daqing.
