摘 要:根据飞行小时寿命和日历寿命指标确定了飞机的基准"飞-停"比,从"飞-停"比和使用寿命消耗的角度出发,首次对飞机使用效能进行了探索性研究,初步建立了飞机使用效能定量评估方法。按照该方法得出的评估结果能够判断飞机使用寿命的消耗情况、预测飞机使用寿命的到寿状态。以某系列飞机为例,对其使用效能进行了定量评估,结果表明"飞-停"比对飞机使用寿命消耗有重要影响。The standard flying-grounding ratio was defined according to the target of both flight hours life and calendar life. The aircraft use efficacy was studied for the first time from the angles of flying-grounding ratio and service life. A quantitative evaluation method for aircraft use efficiency was established tentatively. According to the evaluation results, the drain of aircraft service life can be judged and the state of expiry of aircraft service life can be calculated. The use efficiency of a certain series aircraft was quantitative evaluated by analysing an example. The results indicated that there is a great influence of flying-grounding ratio on the drain of aircraft service life.
