摘 要:目的:研究甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖合用治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及该治疗方案对胰腺β细胞分泌功能的改善。方法:90例T2DM患者均给予甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖治疗16周,检测治疗前及治疗16周后的空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹C肽(FCP)、餐后C肽(PCP)的变化。结果:经16周治疗后患者FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c分别下降为(6.91±1.50)mmol/L(t=1.669)、(8.28±2.12)mmol/L(t=2.136)、(6.51±1.03)%(t=1.663),较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者FCP、PCP分别上升为(3.42±0.42)μg/L(t=2.178)、(3.78±0.32)μg/L(t=2.752),较治疗前明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素和阿卡波糖合用治疗T2DM降糖效果好,并具有改善胰腺β细胞的内分泌功能的作用。Objective: To study therapeutic efficacy of Glargine Insulin combined with Acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and the efficacy of secretory function of pancreatic β-cell protection and improvement.Methods: 90 patients with T2DM were given Glargine Insulin and Acarbose after 16 weeks of treatment.The change of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting C peptide(FCP),postprandial C peptide(PCP) were detected after 16 weeks of treatment.Results: After 16 weeks of treatment in patients with FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c decreased as the(6.91±1.50) mmol/L(t=1.669),(8.28±2.12) mmol/L(t=2.136),(6.51±1.03)%(t=1.663) descent,obviously after therapy,the differences were significant(P0.05).FCP,PCP were increased to(3.42±0.42) μg/L(t=2.178),(3.78±0.32) μg/L(t=2.752),both were higher than before treatment,there were significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Glargine Insulin combined with Acarbose in T2DM has a good hypoglycemic effect and can improve the endocrine function of pancreatic β-cell.
