摘　　要：目的:评估我院质子泵抑制剂(PPIS)的应用情况。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDDs)法,对2008～2010年我院PPIS的用药频度、购药金额进行统计。结果:我院PPIS的品种基本固定,购药金额等逐年增长;各品种使用频度略有更替,但变化幅度不大。结论:我院PPIS使用数量及金额逐年增加,应用基本合理,但仍存在一些不合理的用药现象。Objective： To evaluate the application of the proton pump inhibitors（PPIS） in our hospital.Methods： DDDs and sales amount of PPIS in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed with the method of DDD analysis.Results： The hospital PPIS variety of basic fixed amount of money consumers increased year by year;all varieties with slight frequency changes,but were changed slightly.Conclusion： The hospital PPIS agents use and the amount increase year by year the number of the application is reasonable,but there are some phenomenas of irrational drug use.
