摘  要:目的:考察5种中药静脉注射液与葡萄糖大输液配伍后不溶性微粒数量的变化。方法:用微粒分析仪分别测定配伍前输液(5%葡萄糖注射液)及其与中药注射液(血塞通注射液、银杏达莫注射液、红花注射液、参附注射液、香丹注射液)配伍后的微粒数目,并考察配伍后不同时间测得的微粒数目。结果:输液与中药注射液配伍后不溶性微粒数显著多于配伍前(P<0.05)。结论:输液与中药注射液配伍后微粒数目明显增多,在临床应用中应重视此现象,尽量避免不良反应的发生。Objective: To study the changes of the insoluble particles in glucose injection(5%) and in the glucose injections mixed with five different Chinese herbal intravenous injections.Methods: The numbers of insoluble particles in glucose injection(5%) and in the glucose injections mixed with five different Chinese herbal intravenous injections were counted.And the numbers of insoluble particles in the five injections at different time were investigated.Results: The numbers of insoluble particles obviously increased after combination(P0.05).Conclusions: The increase of insoluble particles in these five Chinese herbal intravenous injections may be focused during clinical use.So the adverse reactions can avoid as far as possible.
