腋气囊在带蒂皮瓣术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨腋气囊在手外伤行锁骨下带蒂皮瓣术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将24例手外伤行锁骨下带蒂皮瓣移植术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各12例,观察组患者术后给予应用腋气囊,对照组给予常规护理。结果:观察组患者患侧腋部异味、瘙痒、湿疹、糜烂及肩肘关节僵硬、疼痛、肩周炎的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腋气囊能有效降低腋窝及肩肘关节并发症的发生率,节约成本,减少患者经济负担,提高生活质量。Objective ： To explore the approaches of armpit balloon applied to the hand injury patients with subclavian pedicle flap grafting surgery and its effect. Methods： 24 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group 112 cases in each group ）. The patients in the observation group were given the armpit balloon after surgery and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care. Results： The incidence of axillary abnormal odor, itching, eczema, erosion, elbow and shoulder stiffness, pain and shoulder periarthritis was lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The armpit balloon can effectively reduce the incidence of axillary, shoulder and elbow complications and the financial burden of patients and can improve the patient＇s quality of life as well.
