摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病患儿的临床护理方法。方法:对86例手足口病患儿给予精心护理,严密观察病情变化,严格消毒隔离,做好口腔、皮肤、高热、心理及并发症护理,加强健康教育。结果:本组出现手、足、口腔皮疹或疱疹72例,经对症治疗皮疹或疱疹均结痂消退,无感染发生;64例发热患儿体温恢复正常;出现惊厥抽搐1例,并发脑炎4例,经对症处理均好转;并发多脏器功能衰竭抢救无效死亡1例。结论:加强手足口病患儿的临床护理,可减少并发症发生,提高治愈率。To explore the methods of clinical nursing care of children patients with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods ： 86 children patients with hand, foot and mouth disease were given careful nursing care including oral, skin, high fever, complications and psychological care; the close observation on the change of patient~ condition and the strict disinfection and isolation were carried out and health education was enhanced. Results： The skin rash and herpes on hands, feet and mouth emerged in 72 children patients and the crusted rashes and herpes faded through the symptomatic treatment and no infection occurred; the body temperature of 64 children patients returned to normal; convulsion occurred in one patient and complicated encephalitis in 4 patients and they were improved after symptomat- ic treatment; one patient died due to complicated multiple organ failure. Conclusion： Strengthening clinical nursing care can reduce com- plications and increase the cure rate of children patients with hand, foot and mouth disease.
