产后盆底肌电刺激对不同分娩方式盆底肌力近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同分娩方式产后女性盆底肌力通过电刺激治疗前后的变化,探索其变化的机制。方法:经阴道顺产妇女55例及剖宫产的妇女65例分别随机分为研究组(接受电刺激治疗者)及对照组(自行缩肛提肛运动康复训练),比较不同分娩方式电刺激治疗前后盆底肌力的改变。结果:①顺产研究组经过电刺激治疗后盆底肌力较对照组均明显增加(P<0.01),顺产研究组治疗前后肌力比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。②剖宫产研究组经过电刺激治疗后盆底肌力较对照组均明显增加(P<0.05),剖宫产研究组治疗前后肌力比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:不同分娩方式对产后早期盆底肌力均有影响,盆底肌电刺激康复治疗对产后女性健康具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To observe the changes of postpartum female pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment by electrical stimulation in different delivery mode,and explore the mechanism of change.Methods：55 women underwent vaginal delivery and 65 women underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into experimental group（receiving electrical stimulation treatment） and control group（rehabilitation training exercise of levator ani by herself）.The changes of pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment by electrical stimulation in different delivery mode were compared.Results：The pelvic floor muscle strength after electrical stimulation treatment in vaginal delivery experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.01）.There was statistical difference about pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment in vaginal delivery experimental group（P0.01）.The pelvic floor muscle strength after electrical stimulation in cesarean section experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.There was statistical difference about pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment in cesarean section experimental group（P0.01）.Conclusions：Different mode of delivery has effects on postpartum pelvic floor muscles strength.Rehabilitation treatment of pelvic floor by electrical stimulation has important clinical significance on postpartum female health.
