摘  要:[目的]研究多效唑(PP333)对大花萱草(Hemerocallis middendorfii)形态和开花的影响。[方法]以浓度10、20、50、100、200 mg/LPP333对大花萱草进行叶面喷施和土壤浇灌处理。[结果]不同处理对大花萱草都有矮化作用,叶面喷施比土壤浇灌效果显著;各处理对花葶长都有明显的抑制作用,对花葶粗、花径和单花数也有不同程度的抑制作用。当PP333浓度为100 mg/L时土壤浇灌效果最佳,不仅能使大花萱草的株型明显矮化、抑制花葶徒长,并且能使花径增大,花量变多。[结论]该研究可为今后大花萱草标准化栽培和节能园林提供科学依据。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of PP333 on morphology and blossom of H.Middendorfii.[Method] H.Middendorfii was treated with 10,20,50,100 and 200 mg/L growth retardant PP333 by spraying their leaves and irrigating the potted soil.[Result] The results showed that PP333 had dwarfing effects on plant height.The effects of spraying the leaves were much greater than that of soil irrigation.All treatments restrained the length of scape obviously,and various effects were noted in the flower diameter,scape crude and number of flowers.The optimum dwarfing treatment for H.Middendorfii was the application of 100 mg/L on potted soils.This treatment not only dwarfed the height of plants significantly,but also increaed thescape crude and number of flowers.[Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for standard cultivation techniques of H.Middendorfii and energy-saving landscape construction.
