摘  要:[目的]对鳊鱼嗜水气单胞菌进行分离与鉴定。[方法]从鳊鱼中分离出嗜水气单胞菌,并进行16S rDNA特异性分子鉴定。分析嗜水气单胞菌的生化特征,并构建嗜水气单胞菌ERIC-PCR指纹图谱。[结果]分离株的测序结果与GenBank中嗜水气单胞菌的标准菌株序列相似度达98%~99%。分离菌的生化特征结果均呈阳性。同一菌株的ERIC-PCR具有较好的重复性和稳定性,可用于嗜水气单胞菌的分型溯源。[结论]该研究为预防和控制鳊鱼出血病的发生和蔓延提供了参考。[Objective] The research aimed to separate and identify Aeromonas hydrophila from Parabramis pekinensis.[Method] Aeromonas hydrophila was separated from Parabramis pekinensis and 16S rDNA specificity molecular identification was made.The biochemical characteristics of A.hydrophila were analyzed and ERIC-PCR fingerprinting of A.hydrophila was constructed.[Result] The similarity between the sequencing results of the isolated strain and the sequences of the standard strain of A.hydrophila in GenBank reached 98%-99%.The results of the biochemical characteristics of the isolated strain all showed positive.ERIC-PCR of the same strain showed better repeatability and stability,which could be used in the classification and traceability of A.hydrophila.[Conclusion] The research provided references for preventing and controlling the incidence and spread hemorrhagic disease of P.pekinensis.
