摘 要:[目的]建立测定水样中磺酰脲类除草剂苄嘧磺隆的荧光分析方法。[方法]采用巯基-β-环糊精增敏使苄嘧磺隆在λex/λem=235/353 nm处发射的荧光显著增强,优化了pH、巯基-β-环糊精用量、反应时间3个反应条件,并在最优反应条件下考察了苄嘧磺隆荧光强度与其质量浓度间的线性关系。[结果]苄嘧磺隆质量浓度在0~151 ng/ml范围内与其荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.997 8,检测限为0.8 ng/ml。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好,有望应用于实际样品的检测。[Objective] To determine the sulfonylurea herbicides of bensulfuron by fluorimetry.[Method] The fluorescence of bensulfuron had the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 235 nm and 353 nm respectively.Under the optimized conditions of pH,SH-β-cyclodextrins the dose and time,the linear relation between the florescence and concentration of bensulfuron was inspected.[Result] The concentration of bensulfuron presented good linear relations with its florescence within the range from 0 to 151 ng/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.997 8.The detection limit was 0.8 ng/ml.[Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate,which was expected to be used in the practical determination of samples.
