黄硬皮马勃萃取物柱层析馏分杀虫活性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究黄硬皮马勃萃取物柱层析馏分的杀虫活性。[方法]对黄硬皮马勃总浸膏石油醚萃取物进行柱层析分离。经过梯度洗脱以及等体积收集,选择Rf值相同的收集液进行合并、减压浓缩,并对不同的馏分进行杀虫活性测定。[结果]黄硬皮马勃萃取物柱层析馏分对粘虫3龄幼虫均表现出一定的拒食活性;黄硬皮马勃二级柱层析馏分B2对粘虫3龄幼虫具有较强的触杀活性。[结论]可望开发出基于馏分B2的新杀虫剂产品。[Objective] The aim was to study insecticidal activity of column chromatography fractions of Scleroderma flavidum extracts.[Method] Scleroderma flavidum extracts in petroleum ether extracts of the total,based on its column chromatography.After gradient elution,and the equal volume collection,the same Rf value of the collection of fluid in a joint was selected,after vacuum concentration,the different fractions of the insecticidal activity were determined.[Result] Column chromatography fractions of Scleroderma flavidum extracts showed a certain anti-feeding activity for armyworm（3rd instar larva）.2nd level chromatography fractions B2 showed stronger contact activity for armyworm（3rd instar larva）.[Conclusion] It was expected to develop new insecticide products based on fractions of B2.
