摘 要:[目的]对流域水质规划方案组合评价模型的构建与应用进行研究。[方法]分别采用层次分析法、熵值评价法等主、客观评价模型对泾河流域水质规划方案进行初次评价,再构建基于信息熵原理的组合评价模型,综合单一模型评价结果,确保评价出最优的水质规划方案。[结果]组合评价模型的组合权重计算结果表明,COD消减量在水质规划方案优选中是最重要的指标,体现出了对水环境保护的重要性,符合环境保护的根本目标,并兼顾了社会、经济效益。组合模型评价结果表明,16种泾河流域水质规划方案中,方案16的综合评价值最高,可作为泾河流域的最佳水质规划方案。[结论]组合评价模型可有效地获取各单一评价模型的优点,提高水质规划方案优选的可靠性,为流域水污染控制方案的优选评价提供了一条新的研究思路。[Objective] The construction and application of watershed quality plan was studied.[Method] By dint of layer analysis,subjective and objective model of entropy evaluation,the water quality plan in Jinghe was evaluated.Compound evaluation model and comprehensive single model evaluation result based on information entropy were constructed so as to insure the optimal water quality plan scheme.[Result] The combination weight result suggested that COD amount was the most essential indicator in water quality plan and embodied importance of water environment protection,which met basic objective of environment protection and social,economic effects.Compound evaluation indicated that in the sixteen plans,plan 16 was of highest comprehensive evaluation value,and can be considered as optimum water quality plan.[Conclusion] Compound evaluation model can effectively list the advantages of each evaluation model and improve the dependability of water quality plan,and provided a new research idea for the optimal evaluation of water pollution control plan.
